Mile Auto is an insuretech provider that is changing the options for preferred low mileage drivers. Mile Auto offers a pay per mile auto insurance product that allows for preferred low mileage drivers to pay the appropriate auto insurance premium for their risk.

The insured takes a picture of their odometer each month which enables Mile Auto to calculate the miles driven for that month which determines the exact premium for that month as well. This mean that no onboard device or mobile app is required to track mileage.
