Recognizing the value of this streamlined experience, Jewelers Mutual leaned into SSO integration as a way to unlock more consistent agent activity and quoting behavior. The work was completed in May 2025, and the new capability was launched shortly thereafter in the First Connect Carrier Store.

Access Requests
Following SSO implementation, average monthly access requests increased by 32% over the next seven months. This growth clearly reflected agent preference for carriers that make it easier to get started quickly and eliminate unnecessary friction.

Policy Count
With faster access came higher quoting activity. Policy counts increased by nearly 50% after the SSO launch.

Premium Growth
Perhaps most impactful, average monthly new business premium production increased by 116% following the implementation of Effortless Carrier Login. By simplifying access, agents were able to quote more efficiently and convert activity into meaningful premium growth.
