A Message from Aviad Pinkovezky 

What began as a vision to simplify market access for independent agents has steadily grown into one of the industry’s most connected digital distribution platforms. Reaching 150 partners isn’t just a number for us. It represents the continued momentum of carriers, MGAs, and independent agents coming together around a shared vision for a better, faster, more connected, and more profitable marketplace. 

I am incredibly proud of the team that made this possible and deeply grateful to our partners who continue to place their trust in First Connect.  

A Platform Built on the Power of Good Matches 

None of this growth happens in isolation. 

Our partners play a critical role in the success of First Connect. They are looking for smarter, more scalable ways to reach independent agents, and our platform provides the technology, infrastructure, and insights that make those connections possible—and profitable. 

By pairing the right agents with the right markets, we help the industry grow in way that’s controlled and sustainable. More volume alone doesn’t solve distribution. Good matches do. That belief is at the core of everything we build. 

The results speak for themselves. In early 2022, we had approximately 30 carriers and MGA partners. Fast forward to 2026, and we have grown to 150, a 5x expansion in just four years. That growth hasn’t happened by accident. It reflects a deliberate, data-informed approach to building a network where the right risks consistently find the right markets. 

New partners are joining because they see what’s working. Existing partners are scaling with us because the results justify it. Across personal and commercial lines, spanning multiple states, and representing both emerging insurtechs and established industry leaders, our network has become one of the broadest and most diverse in the independent agent channel. 

For carriers and MGAs evaluating their distribution strategy, the question is no longer whether digital distribution works. The question is whether you’re part of the network that’s defining it. 

Expanding Opportunity for Independent Agents 

Access has always been one of the biggest barriers in our industry. For smaller, independent agencies, that barrier has historically been even higher. 

Large brokerages and national players have long had the relationships, the appointments, and the infrastructure to access the markets their clients need. Independent agents, particularly those running smaller books of business, often didn’t. Not because they lacked the talent or the drive, but because the system wasn’t built for them. 

That’s what we set out to change. 

With 150 partners on a single platform, agents can explore and request access to the markets most relevant to their book of business. No lengthy onboarding processes. Just a streamlined path to the carriers and MGAs built for the way agents actually work today. 

The result is real: greater choice for agents, stronger coverage options for their clients, and a genuine opportunity for smaller agencies to compete and grow on their own terms. 

As the market continues to shift with tightening underwriting appetites, rising premiums, and increasing regional complexity, that access isn’t just a competitive advantage. For many agents, it’s the difference between retaining a client and losing one.
